I often listen to the radio streaming off the internet. The quality is jsut as good and I usualyl listen to my local affilates out in the area. Mostly jazz and hip hop music.

I listen to a Rock/Metal Station called Chronix Aggression. I found it about two years ago, while looking through rock stations in iTunes. Its a smooth 192kbps, which makes listening really good.

I used to listen to internet radio while I worked on things, but, lately I just listen to music on my computer. Unless I have a program open that needs all the system resources it can get. Then I just run my iPod through my stereo. Either way I haven't listened to internet radio for several years now. It's overhyped if you ask me.

Hi all.

I'm a big fan of internet radio. I hate it when the DJ's on your local radio won't shut the hell up and play music.
I have been an internet radio sure since 2004.

No commercials! No DJ's ! (unless you want to hear them) And the best thing is that you can choose your music and era, not some dj who is paid to play the crap out of some lame song.

I like to set up play list on some sites like YouTube and let them run in the background while I work.
I haven't had to listen to a so called normal radio station for 2 years now!
I love it.There is one more good use for the internet besides porn and viral videos, and it's Internet radio streams! Long live internet radio!

Trust me, I'm The Doctor.
My friends used to have a weekly talk show, on Wednesdays, and I was a regular on it. They've stopped with it, at least for the time being, and I don't have much of a use for internet radio.
