Intermittent Fasting


Trust me, I'm The Doctor.
Has anyone tried this? There's a whole fad going around now about only eating your calories during certain parts of the day. The idea is that you're burning off or storing that fuel and working off of fat stores for the majority of your day. I'm not dedicated enough to stick to a diet like this.

Has anyone tried it? Anyone been successful?

I’ve kind of been doing it unintentionally for years. I skip breakfast basically every day. Many people are shocked by that fact.

I think there is something to it, giving your system a break, but I certainly wouldn’t necessarily call it the best or easiest way to be healthy.

I will say that I feel noticeably more tired on the days I actually eat breakfast.
