This is one of the goofier sentences I've ever heard and like the guy they quoted in the article says, this seems unconstitutional. Also, go ahead and judge me, but a 19 year old having sex with a 14 year old is a crime punishable by 15 years in prison? I haven't seen any of these female teachers in the news banging their male students getting 15+ years, what gives?
