What kind of apples? Some apples are good for cooking, others arent. If they are good cooking apples, I'd go for apple pie or Crisp. I prefer crisp. I've been wanting to try using browned butter in apple crisp. Some tasty shit right their

    Rebeccaaa yellow 4!

    Apple crumble, apple sauce.

You could just chop some up and fry them in butter and brown sugar. I dunno any recipes off hand but something simple like that would be yum.

oh oh or bake them! I think that's what I was thinking of anyway.

Another good one would be Apple wedges and Peanut Butter. Thats a pretty good combo.

Also you could do like an Apple Slaw! Those are nummers to.

Apple dumplings are another option. I'd recommend eating it warm with vanilla ice cream

    Ingredients:

2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and cored
2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
    1 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups white sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Mountain Dew

    Directions:

    1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    2) Cut each apple into 8 wedges and set aside. Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles. Roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough starting at the smallest end. Pinch to seal and place in the baking dish.

    3) Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Pour over the apple dumplings. Pour Mountain Dew over the dumplings.

    4) Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

that's some good stuff right there.

There are so many things you can make with apples.

Another one that hasn't been mentioned in this thread is apple sandwiches, you need a bit of apple sauce and cinnamon sugar but it's worth it.
