i am going back to w/watchers

    right i have decided i am going back to w/watchers,i have given up work so i have done myself a plan.............

    1.will walk at least 3 times a week

    2. go swimming twice a week

    3 going back to college in sept

    Those are good goals. What are you going take in college?

    I've been trying to set a regular workout routine but between traveling, getting sick, and getting injured (mountain biking) I've been only able to meet a somewhat sporadic workout routine goal.

    Maybe now that the summer is over I'll be able to balance things better. :)

    i not sure yet what i want to do at college but i am going to the open day next week

    Well done you - i lost 3 stone on the WW plan. you used it before?
