how to get an icon?

how do you get an icon 4 when u post a reply some people hav a pic under their name. how do i get 1? plz help i rlly dont kno how to get 1.

I hear that there's a sale going on at Icons"я"Us.

Click on "User CP" up at the top and go to "Edit Avatar". I'm not sure if there's a minimum number of posts required to have one.

I think I was able to link an avatar before I had started posting.
