Hot sauce

I use hot sauce to warm up my barbecue sauce but that is about it. I also use ground up red chili peppers to spice up sausage and chili and once put some ghost peppers in some chili and deeply regretted it.

Not a huge fan of hot sauces but I am all over raw tomato and pepper salsa. That can be made with ghost peppers too or even Trinidad scorpions. Btw, Carolina reapers are almost 2x ghost and they have an awesome flavor... just saying. Has anyone made a salsa with those?
