I have learned to make sushi recently and I am so happy with my results so far. I think the hardest part of making sushi is getting the rice right. Once that's done, everything else is super easy.

@Pepper please share your tips on making the right rice! It's what my friends and I screwed up the last time we had a sushi-making session. You're totally right that the insides don't really matter when the rice won't stick together and the shape falls apart when I take it out of the roll.
