Thanks to all of you. I don't need any more results. I'm done with my research.

I meant who you would ask for help first when you get an injury with the last question. Sorry for my bad English. But thanks to everyone who posted in this thread.

From playing goalkeeper in soccer, I frequently injure the fingers and thumbs. The last injury was tearing the extensor tendon in my middle finger.

I wear goalkeeper gloves and encase each finger in a metal splint inside the gloves to minimize injuries.

1. What sport do you do? Basketball and Badminton

2. How old are you? 18

3. What is the duration of the average warming up? 10-15 mins

4. What is the duration of the average cooling down? 10-15 mins

5. What was the last injury that you had? And how long did it took for you to recover?
Well, my last major one was that I had tendonitis in my ankle and it took about 3-4 months because I
could never rest it. And the last minor one (the most recent) was that I jammed my finger playing
basketball. It still hurts so it hasn't fully healed yet..

6. Do you wear special clothing, accessories to prevent injuries?
It depends on the injury, I might wear a brace or just let it heal on its own.

7. What/who would you ask for help first?
Well, I'm not in high school anymore so I can't ask the trainer but I guess I would ask my mom for
advice and then the doctor.
