WOW! Once again you did it! So glad you have a reserve on your house. Saw the start price and thought...whoa! What if she has to sell it for a couple of bucks! Then I saw the reserve. Even the stool w/o a reserve would be a steak at your starting price! Too cute (yes I can say that about the stool....can't I)? :nod:
