Hatred for Goku

Which character in the entire Dragon Ball Z and the movies had more hatred for Goku? I think it's very hard to decided but my last two candidates are between Piccolo and Vegeta, I haven't made up my mind up yet, so I'll wait till you guys your opinions.

Well neither of them have any hatred now, but Piccolo had more of a reason to hate Goku then Vegeta did.
