Gambling online faces collapse in US after Senate ban

Good move by the Senate. Online gambling is sucking 100's of millions out of our economy with zero tax benefit. Worst of all, it spreads gambling addition, ruining families. Glad they finally got something right!

Online gambling has been illegal all along, but nothing was done to stop it.

It's bad for our economy because all of the money is being sent out of the US. Every big online casino is based outside of the US due to the fact that gambling is illegal in most states. Any US based company that assisted in cross-state gambling would be shut down pretty quickly and most likely face severe penalties.

So, now that banks and credit cards are under this gambling restriction, I don't think there will be much gambling happening online anymore.
