So, I've been taking some server 2003 courses and cisco courses at the local tech school and I'm wanting to get into the IT industry. I'm working on the CCNA, but all I've done so far is make Cisco's wallet a little bigger. I'm working for a local ISP doing internet tech support and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions as to what I should do to put myself in better position to move up within the industry. I've got my foot in the door here, but I don't want to do tech support for the rest of my life. I know getting some certs will help and I'm working on that, so if there are any other tips I should keep in mind I would appriciate it.
