Yeah, I would have just let him die if I were them. I don't even understand how those people can live with themselves. It is amusing though but even if he finds out black people saved his life he'll still continue down the same path.

It's a funny pic, no matter how fake it is. You have to admit, though, they do a good job on the Photoshopping. They just needed to find some more convincing docs and nurses.
