I do the same thing. Also, I started making my own stuff at home instead of buying it. Not everything of course, but as much as I can. For example, I started making my own peanut butter at home and it tastes even betterI subscribe more to "everything in moderation" than cutting out whole food groups from my diet. Ramen noodles and Coke are supposed to be bad for you due to MSG in the former and sugar in the latter, but I can't imagine giving them up long-term.
