Flint water crisis

4 legs good 2 legs bad
It's funny because people often ask me about my hiking trips and what I do for water, and they seem shocked that I get all of my water from lakes and streams, as if that's unsafe. I filter my water, of course, but I feel much more comfortable drinking that water than any from the municipal water supply or even bottled water.

I won't drink city water because sometimes they are slow at announcing boil water alerts. Not that I have to because I have a well but when I had a flea market that had city water I thought the water smelled bad, a lot like natural gas.
