Firefox thinks links are broken

My computer was being weird earlier, so it might just be a problem on my end;

I went on to GF via Firefox and was able to go into the forums, but when I clicked on an individual link, it said

As a courtesy, your ISP provided this page because "http://generalforum.com/introductions/hi-every-one-away-loooong-time-93545.html" does not exist or is unavailable.

Chrome works fine

I've gotten that before which gets fixed by simple refreshing. oh, I use Chrome btw.

That didn't work. Although there's an indication that maybe my VPN is involved somehow, even though it's disconnected.
