PlayStation 2 Final Fantasy XII Problems

Hi there! Just need some advice about Final Fantasy XII. These are my problems:

1. I cannot go into Balheim Passage. The labour said that the boss owns the key. But after I talk to the boss he didnt give me any key... :shake:

2. How to pass Fire Room at Giruvegan. Ive been to giruvegan and manage to pass all the guards until there is one room named Fire room after the water room. I cannot pass the room. I didnt know how to pass it. It seem only a room with nothing in it to go to the next room. :-o

Okay, thats it. Anyone knows the solution? I would be verry gratefull.

More details about no 2:
Giruvegan / Gate of Fire. I can't pass this area. I don't know the exit. This place was after the Halmikah water steps.
