Faster and/or Better Digestion?

    what's the best food digestion that can happen in our stomach :

    walking while eating or walking right after eating?
    is the fastest digestion the best, though?

    Walking before eating is probably best.

    It's always better to work out (walk... whatever) before you eat. In short, your body's going into a different mode and it can give you cramps or stomach pains or slow down your work out if you work out directly AFTER you eat. So yeah. You definitely work out first and eat later. Working out speeds up your metabolism. If your goal is to lose weight/maintain weight/stay healthy, then working out first is the way to go.

    @CONs ^i've heard that .[totally forgot about it].
    is it because you have the chance to burn more calories before so that you can make room for other ones coming after eating?
    oh. ok. right. it makes sense.
