I was going to make this thread about Fallout 3 but decided to open it up to all the other Fallout games. Why not?

Anyway, I have Fallout 3 for the X Box 360 and I absolutely love it. I've just about played the fuck out of it and I can't seem to get enough. I love how it's an open world and you can basically do whatever you want. I love games where you can control your characters destiny, too, so this is my kind of game.

Anyone else have any of the Fallout games?

I have played the third one to the point of ad nauseum. I also have New Vegas, which I haven't played much of.

I have Fallout 3, and I basically had 1 and a half play-throughs.

I had started a new character on that when I decided to pick up New Vegas; great decision. I've been playing it to death lately, but I'm kind of at the point where I need a break for a few days, lol.

New Vegas has been great in introducing factions, and how you interact with each one involves actions and threads of interest later in the game. It really makes you think of doing another play through to see what it's like with different choices related to those relationships.

That's actually about the same for me. I have New Vegas, too, but I haven't really played much of it.

How ad nauseum did you get? Did you get all the unique gear? Explore everywhere. Get every achievement? ;)

That's exactly where I am right now. I've been playing nonstop Fallout for quite some time now and I feel like I need a break.

I played a bit of New Vegas. I don't quite remember how far I got, but I don't imagine it was too far. I just remember the world being more....desolate than Fallout 3.

I'm going to have to give it another try, though. I think I like the idea of the factions and relationships.

I love fallout 3, far better than new vegas. I've racked up nearly 200 hours on it and everytime i go back to it i find something new it's one of the best games i've ever played, i have all the achievements except for one which is get to level 30 with good karma. not sure what the unique armour is. I have a stealth suit though which is awesome you can literally punch someone and they still can't see you.

New vegas is still a great game i just hate the part about factions i kill a few guys and i'm hated (can't remember the word they use) another thing that annoyed me is the special quests for the companions, i can never aquire them plus i have recruited everyone and i still haven't earned the achievement for it and i'm banned from all the casinos so now i dont have a decent income of caps, I love how you can modify weapons and probably the best of all is the Archimedes II weapon, i've not got it yet coz i can't be bothered starting again but i've see it on youtube. Boon and i went on a suicide mission on our own to bring down caesar it was awesome didn't think you could do stuff like that on fallout. So yeah i love fallout. I hope they bring another out.

I beat the living shit out of 3 and NV. I loathed NV when it first came out because of how terribly buggy it was but now that it's been patched a few times I've started plowing through it again. I absolutely love the Fallout universe, it's probably my favorite setting in a game ever.
