Exhaustion & Sleep Patterns

    Lately I've been working out to the point where I can't even stay up as late as I used to without falling asleep by accident. I am literally exhausted when I go to bed each night and I have to say I've never slept better. I lay down and a few minutes later *poof* morning. Who needs sleeping pills? :D

    Do you like exhausting yourself? Do you find that you can sleep better after really long or grueling days?

    Funnily enough, I've been awake for almost 24 hrs partly thanks to codeine.
    Yeah, I sleep better after hard graft, especially in the fresh air. Try being a Fisherman, you'll sleep well when you get the chance.
    I like being the tiredness you get from hard work. :)

    Depending on what I do at work I am sometimes the same way, and it's good, straight to sleep then wake up in the morning feeling alive again lol.
