Occasionally Ill get in the mood to rep out my bench. I do a significant drop from my average weight and do as many in a row as a can only one set. I was wondering if anyone else does this? For example if my average bench is 180 ill do a standard 135 (2 45s on each side) And do as many in a row as I can. My highest was 28 in a row at 135 but I average about 23/24. Anyone else do this?
