ESPN - Tony Dungy decided to remain the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts on Monday, a little more than a week after the Colts were eliminated from the playoffs.

The team announced on Monday that Dungy would remain the team's head coach through at least the 2008 season.

"It was a family decision," Dungy said. "We're on board, and we look forward to '08, look forward to putting together a winner."

After lots of speculations of him retiring, Tony Dungy finally said that he will be returning next season. This is great news, because he's an amazing coach, and I don't think the Colts would be the same without him.

I'm interested to see what he chooses to do after this year, though. If I were him I'd let my contract expire and take a year or two off from coaching.
