does anyone know how to make a gif? i downloaded a program but it didn't work. any ideas?

I think PS can save pics as gif's. I am not sure cause I haven't checked...so don't quote me.

Are you talking about animating it?
If so, ulead GIF maker and coffecup animator, are good. Ulead is not free though, and coffeecup sucks but because the last time I downloaded it, it didnt even open up

What program are you using? if it's a low quality program you have to make single frames (draw a picture of every movement, then import into program), if it is a good prog then it should already have pre-made effects that you can use to animate

i use photoshop but i can download a program if it works.
