Oh MY!! I realate to way to many things on that list! Especially the checking the mail twice thing, or having to stop at the computer at 3am (wait.. I'm usually still "at" the computer at that time!) and how about the turning up the volumn just "incase" I get an IM! Yikes.. I need therapy!! I've decided I'm going to take ONE full day AWAY from the computer.. maybe clean my house top to bottom for once (without having to stop and check my mail/ ebay.. and then getting sucked into an hour of sitting here)

Anyone finds a sollution to my sickness... let me know!!
