I agree with other people who say about seeing things differently. I have worked in a few jobs over the last few years that require me to be as pleasant and patient as possible mainly with IT support and it has helped me to understand where people are coming from and understand that people are just doing a job. The only thing that does annoy me is pressure sales, I could never do that job simply because I know how much I hate receiving calls or being harassed by people into buying something.
