Yeah, I saw this a couple of months ago. It's hypnotizing in how horrifying it is.
Also of note, the guy has his own personal channel on youtube and all his videos have a horribly creepy feel to them. He's also a registered sex offender and when his videos got popular he was arrested for violating the terms of his parole.
