Hi everyone. Please tell me how i can determine which IP adress is valid and which is not valid. For example, from it:
    13.264.10.10
    11.169.255.255
    173.17.255.255
    193.169.5.1

p.s.: i'm from Russia, and my english is not good enough :(

I'm not sure, but you may want to try Google and find a tool that scans IP addresses. It would tell you whether there is a connection there or not.

I'm sorry, but it is question of the test in my Institution and i don't have a access to network with its ip-address and programs can't help me...
Therefore I want to understand rules of the formation.

13.264.10.10 is invalid because no number in each section can go over 255. The range of each part of the IP address is 0-255, and never any higher.
