There was a time I used the non stick stuff but after all the cancer warnings came out about it I switched to stainless steel. Now I find it isn't that great for you but still better than the non stick. The best cookware you can use seems to be cast iron which I also use some.

I will most likely keep using stainless steel but I will use my cast iron skillets more. After reading the article I am wishing I hadn't sold most of my cast iron collection. I never did really like using it because it was so heavy and you can't wash it in hot soapy water.
