There have been times I could be a real bitch at that time of month so this might be a good idea.

My immediate reaction is that anything to help employees with personal issues is a good thing.

However, how do you track this? I mean, it's not exactly practical to follow is it? Periods vary so much and it would all be on the honor system, which is my biggest question on this. What stops that policy from being abused? I mean, we're talking a small company taking this initiative so I guess it would work there.

But on a large scale? I can't see it ever happening.
