The charger on my sister's laptop stopped working. It's like it's not getting power even though it's plugged in all of the way. And it's not just the outlet, it's everywhere. Plus the green light flashes weakly every once in a while. That's about it.

I want to know if there is anything I can do besides get her to buy a new one.

Any help?

Well, we aren't too sure how much this thing has been used. She bought the laptop used and how much do you think a new one will cost?

I am not really sure about the prices in USA, but it costed me around 180 Australian dollars for a charger

but the best thing to do is to go to the shop/guy who sold u the PC and ask them to give you a new one..there is the guarantee..Mine one is on 5 years

Chargers are relatively cheap, and you maybe can get a third-party one for a low price. It's one of the first things to stop working in a laptop system. You can either get a new one or abandon the laptop, so you have no choice.

Okay! I will tell her that. Thanks.

(Oh, she bought it used, I don't know if that helps at all.)
