At school we are on a network with limited access due to administrator restrictions. If you save a picture as a .jpg you can right click and set it as desktop background and it will work, but if you log off and log back on the background goes back to the default picture. I was wondering if there was any way to make it so the picture i want stays there when i log back in (i have messed around with .ini files and i can make the picture stay as the background in files but not the actualy desktop background). Please help!

No. I had one of the same platforms at work before they did away with it. It was called a merchandising platform and the only background I was able to have was the company logo. I got it to the point where you said...that you could change it to show a jpg only when you locked the computer or when it booted up and such, but it would never stay.
