    PIESTANY, Slovakia–

Canada's under-18 team is golden again at the Memorial of Ivan Hlinka tournament.

Taylor Hall and Carter Ashton each had a goal and an assist Saturday as Canada beat Russia 6-3 to win the event for the fourth time in five years.

Ryan Ellis, Simon Despres, Brayden Schenn and Casey Cizikas also had goals for Canada.

Dmitry Orlov, Alexander Burmistrov and Vladimir Tarasenko replied for Russia.

The win provided a bit of revenge. The Russians beat Canada in the bronze medal game at last year's tournament.

This doesn't surprise me at all, Canada as always have had success in that tournament, and we always have some of the best hockey prospect playing for Canada.

I agree, I've done some time coaching the younger kids around here when ever a spot opens up and its some of the funnest times I've had on the ice. I love watching these types of events or reading about them. I'm really glad Canada works so well with they're hockey youth, honestly it makes me jealous ;)
