Broncos RB Henry wins his appeal with NFL

Aw, Here It Goes!
DENVER -- Broncos running back Travis Henry won his appeal of a one-year suspension over a failed drug test.
"We are pleased with this outcome and happy that Travis has been absolved of any wrongdoing with respect to this matter," the team said in a statement Tuesday.
The NFL told Henry in September he had failed a test for marijuana.
He disputed the results and sued the NFL to avoid a suspension. He contended the league violated its substance abuse policy by not allowing an expert of Henry's choosing to be present for the testing.

This is great news for the Broncos. They're 5-7 so they are going to need him to make a push for the playoffs. Even with him it's an uphill battle.

I am really surprise that he didn't get suspended. I really expected him to get suspended over this. With that being said, this is good news for the Broncos organization, because they need all the help they can get, and Henry is a very capable running back, and he's defenitly going to help them in the running game and scoring touchdowns.
