A few days ago, Dog the Bounty Hunter and 2 of his crews were arrested arresting Andrew Luster in Mexico and never returned for their court hearing. He and 2 of his crew are wearing a monitoring device until their extradition to Mexico.

I think the charges against them should be dropped. I know it says bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico but can it be possible that authorities were jealous that Dog got to Luster before the authorities did? I also wonder why it took them 3 yesrs to finally arrest Dog.

I think it took them 3 years to finaly arrest DOG, because:
1.) he's helped the police/feds for a while now.
2.) The fact that it was mexico, and international relations take longer.
