I laughed. In Hollywood, dealing with starstruck fans is a running joke.

The sometimes arrogant Bill Shatner famously has fun with it at their expense. I once saw him crush some poor Trekkie slob's soul with, "Do you have another, more intelligent question?" His classic SNL 'Star Trek convention' skit was not at all far from reality.

Shatner is the man. I miss when SNL was actually funny.
