Trying to figure out a few ways to relieve stress that won't kill me. Any ideas would be helpful.

I find that knitting while listening to music helps me. I guess it doesn't have to be knitting though - I just like music and crafting to relax in general.

A nice relaxing bubble bath, a long walk, music and naughty time. All of them in one day would be a bonus.

Working out helps a lot. When I'm pumping iron and go really hard at the gym I start feeling less stressful. I'm sure if you spent an hour doing cardio, push-ups, sit-ups, ect. that your stress will slowly disappear. Instead of you thinking about why you're stressed, you'll be thinking about your sore muscles.

Personally, I like playing games. I'll get on here and play some arcade games, or one of the dozens I have at home.

Video games, music, exercising, internet porn... those are things I use to fight off stress.

I don't understand how playing video games can help you with your stress. This isn't a knock on anyone, but let's say you're playing a video game and it's not going your way, you're either dying all the time or you can't figure something out, wouldn't that make you even more angry? I know it would make me.

Depends on what you play. Most of the time when I'm stressed out, I like to play games where I kill things...or time management type games that are fast paced.

I totally get it. You're doing something you enjoy. If you're having a good time then you're not going to feel stressed any more.
