I've heard it's not healthy to drink milk/eat cereals with milk for dinner. [the same goes for yogurt].

How true could this be to you?

I've never heard this? But I drink at least 2 pints (more like 3 pints) per day, right up until bedtime, so would like to know if it is bad for me??

Where did you hear this Elly?

A friend from Poland told me. She had been told by her biology professor.

I've taken courses in nutrition and anatomy & physiology, and I've never heard of this and don't know how/why this could be the case. I'm not saying it's not true, it's just nothing I've ever heard.

Never heard of that before. I do sometimes have yogurt and fresh fruit for dinner so I'm kind of curious now why someone might think it's not a good idea.

Yeah, I have neve rheard of that either. o_O That just sounds really obscure. You should have your friend find out more from her professor.

I keep thinking about this, and I really cannot come up with any reason physiologically that this should be the case.
