Another Railway Nightmare

A lot of the head-on accidents are the fault of the people at the switches that actually control what trains go where. This one doesn't sound like it's the engineer's fault. All we can hope is that as few people as possible have died and also that an investigation finds the cause of the accident so the train company can do their best to keep accidents like this from happening again in the future.
