The rules are:
- Size (Pixel) restrictions are 120x120
- Filesize restriction is 512 KB
- Admisions will be accepted until April 27.
- Multiple entries are allowed, which may or may not hinder how well they are voted for (Depending on the voting method)

The voting method will be decided upon on sometime April 28.

dude thats no fair you will win by default. i cannot make scrrenshots. and i dont have any frame programs. i can only use imageready and that can do what rotate and animate text

I am adding a rule to this contest. If no more then 3 people join this contest in the upcoming week it will be turned into a regular sig contest. The only reason I am doing this is because I doubt a lot of people here except for yourself can created an animated avatar.

i can animate fog text and rotation but nothing like yours because of lack of screenshot ability
