An amazing recipe

    I decided to make some very healthy cereal bars and succeeded with making my very own recipe :)

    200g Oats
    200ml Apple and pear juice
    25g Raisins
    50g Chopped mixed nuts
    100g Chopped dates
    1tsp Cinnamon
    10g Sunflower seeds
    2tbsp Honey
    50g Fresh/frozen blueberries

    Bake on low ish heat for around 20 mins or until edges start brwning, allow to cool and cut :) Makes eight fairly big pieces and these have 215kcal per bar, 16g sugar and 5g protein :)

    Hey, do you think its possible to buy a trail mix with similar ingredients and then mix it up with the honey and juice? Also did the blueberries get crushed in the mix and everything turn purple-ish?
    Sounds damn good BTW! :)
