Discuss Amazon is Delaying Prime Day Until August at the Earliest

If you were hoping to take advantage of Amazon's yearly Prime Day sales in July, you'll have to wait until at least August. The company announced today that due to COVID-19 concerns and priorities shipping essential items, they are pushing the popular day back this year.

It may be pushed back again as well. No date has been officially set as the situation remains liquid.

According to Business Insider, "Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos said in a recent memo to employees that his time is "now wholly focused on COVID-19 and on how Amazon could best play its role."

All things considered, this move makes perfect sense.

Makes perfect sense. Having ordered from Amazon recently and having my order arrive 2 weeks late, I assumed Amazon was overwhelmed at the moment,

No point in doing a demo for their services if the current circumstances render them unable to deliver on time,
