If that story is true, then very cool. You have to watch out because there are a lot of people who make these alien remains and sell them as collectable pieces.

My first thought looking at the pics was a sting ray and then I see the same thing in the Q/A. The person was buying/selling pretty normal stuff until now so who knows.......?

I saw something on the net one time about these things, maybe on snopes.com, not sure. They were saying that they are sting rays that they cut up and dry out to make them.

Stingray? hmmm, maybe... I think it looks like an old, torn, dried up Chamois with some chicken bones wrapped up in it. for sure I'll never believe that it was once a living thing that even remotely resembled what we're seeing. I think it had a tail and eyelashes..and we served it up at a steakhouse with a baked potatoe on the side! MOOOO! oh:
