Watch the video, it details a very, very small brewery in Vermont (Rock Art) being sued by Monster energy drink maker Hansen Natural.

To me, this is just flat wrong. Legislation needs to be put in place to stop this sort of thing from happening. Basically, once a company becomes big enough, the flawed systems we have in place allow them to beat the shit out of smaller companies who cannot compete with their bank accounts until they give up. I don't see why Monster is doing this nor why they think it's even reasonable. According to the Consumerist, they claim that it's because Hansen Natural wants to enter the beer market and is starting to pick on similarly named products.
