Hi All
Ive been in IT for 11 years, 32 now and for the last 7 years worked on the premesis of a large bank you would of all heard of but I am actually employed by IBM
Ive dilly dallied around for abour 3 years now loosing interest it IT basically down to no money so thought whats the point but im starting to get my spark back.
Question i have is at 32 do I get as much training as I can as IBM have alot of free internal CBT training or look towards management? *yawn* I am just concerned about the ageist thing that IT seems to have but im sick of seeing others who have gone past me because they didnt sit around wondering, but got on with it. IBM also own Oracle, so they have alot of online training and wondering if to head that way. MCSE.. feels a bit late in the day..?
