For today we have this little challenge -

Your most hated film, from your favourite director

As I already stipulated, my favourite director is Scorsese. My most despised film from him is this:

The King of Comedy -

YouTube - King Of Comedy-what's your pleasure, Jerry?

That is a pretty random scene - although, it's probably not that impressive.
Although, I do not believe the film to be totally awful - I do consider it Scorsese's greatest mis-step and his worst film in my eyes. Based on the idea that the majority of his work is too good for words. Anywho, that's my choice. -- A plus point to this film is DeNiro's awesome 'pornstar' moustache.

I don't dislike any Scorsese films, my second favourite being Nolan and I don't dislike any of his.

So I'll go with Tarantino's 'Death Proof'. I found that film to be really crap and I don't understand how it got 7.2 on IMDb.

Alice in Wonderland by Tim Burton

I know lots of people hate Tim Burton, but I've always been quite partial to him as an artist and director, even from a really young age when I used to watch his films over and over again. But no matter how much I like him I can take away how bad his recent Alice in Wonderland was. I was so disappointed! He took the world's most nonsensical story and give it this conventional old, predictable fantasy plot. Lame!

I don't hate any movies by Darren Aronofsky who just keeps making brilliant movies and proving over and over again how great he is. Also don't hate any movies by Guy Ritchie who is my 2nd favourite director. Damn, looks like I can't answer this one then.

I don't dislike a single movie from either Scorsese or Nolan, so I'll have to pass on this one as well.

And how dare you not like Death Proof, Bliss! Haha.

Ah, is this why you have beef with me? lol

I just found it wasn't as good as his previous films. Some of it was good but a lot of it was just boring. And the ending was just like... WTF?

It was definitely slow-paced for the most part. I just loved the whole grindhouse feel to it and that was a pretty bad ass car. I loved the chase scene. Not to mention all the hot women in it. Haha.

Once again, favourite Director - Christopher Nolan. The only film he's done that I didn't care for at all was his remake of Insomnia. It just didn't really have the usual momentum or thought provoking dialogue you usually get in one of his films.
