It seems like there is always something going on with the cruise lines. In this case it was a robbery and it took place off ship but the cruise line might still be liable. Do you think the cruise line should be liable for something that happens off ship?(CBS News) When the Carnival Splendor docked at Long Beach this weekend, passengers got off with a memorable, if unpleasant, vacation story: an encounter with a masked gunman. Twenty-two passengers, who left the ship to hike a nature trail were robbed. No one was hurt.
