As some of you may know, the World Championship 2006 GBA game has been released(and leaked of course, but that's another story).
This game, contrary to the previous ones, has the cards divided in actual sets(from LOB to SOI) and lets you choose 1 of the 6 actual Structure Decks(Zombies to Spellcasters) to start with.
However, no matter what Structure you choose, there is always a default simplistic deck that takes the 1st spot in your gallery. This deck is simply named "Starter Deck".
Now, we already know from scans that our Yu-Gi-Oh! 2006 Starter Deck will be a simple deck for newbs to learn the basics, containing E-Heroes, but not a Jaden deck.
Here is the list of the game's "Starter Deck":
Monsters(19)
Dark Blade
Elemental Hero Avian
Elemental Hero Burstinatrix
Elemental Hero Clayman
Elemental Hero Sparkman
Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts
Luster Dragon
Luster Dragon #2
Warrior Dai Grepher
Warrior of Zera
Elemental Hero Bladedge
Kuriboh
Magician of Faith
Mirage Dragon
Princess of Tsurugi
Skelengel
Spear Dragon
Spirit Caller
The Trojan Horse
Spells(12)
Black Pendant
Brain Control
Dark Factory of Mass Production
Fissure
Gaia Power
Heavy Storm
Monster Reincarnation
Ookazi
Premature Burial
Red Medicine
The Warrior Returning Alive
Tribute to the Doomed
Traps(9)
Castle Walls
Cemetery Bomb
Compulsory Evacuation Device
Dust Tornado
Jar of Greed
Magic Cylinder
Ready for Intercepting
Reinforcements
Sakuretsu Armor
Now take a look at the above deck. It fits all our criteria. Simple card effects, the basics of attacking and defending, flipping, tributing, removing, burning and recovering LP. And it contains the E-Heroes we've already seen from the scans. And the game has it suspiciously named as "Starter Deck". Could it be more obvious?
So, what's in it for the experienced players? Take a good look again in case you haven't noticed. One of the most simple Flip Monsters in there also happens to be an unreleased card to us.
Skelengel, that one card everyone played in their nooby GBA decks and everyone wanted!
